Origin Energy is committed to reducing the impact that energy production has on the environment. Customers have access to a range of different environmentally friendly and energy efficient options. Origin’s energy plans come with the option to offset greenhouse emissions, and a choice of sourcing between 25% to 100% of electricity usage from renewable sources. Origin Energy Residential Plans
Origin has a range of different pricing structures depending on which state and which distribution network you are on. Their plans include the Origin Maximiser, Origin Saver and thier Low Rate Plan. Customers can also bundle their electricity and gas. Discounts are available for paying via direct debit or using their eBilling facilities. All Origin Energy residential plans come with no exit fees or lock in contracts.
The Origin call centre operates from 7am to 9pm weekdays and Saturdays 9am to 5pm. Online energy experts are available via chat Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm. Origin Energy also offers plans for business customers.
