Click Energy is an energy retailer supplying electricity to Victoria, New South Wales, and South East Queensland. And from 2015 began selling natural gas to Victorian residents and those in the greater Sydney region. Click Energy has plans available for both residential and small business customers.
Click Energy has different pricing options, plans and bundle options depending on which distribution network you are on. Click Energy offers a Pay on Time bonus. The discount does not apply to the entire final bill, but does apply to both usage and supply charges.
To reduce waste, and save paper and transport costs, Click Energy does not offer paper bills. All electricity bills and statements with Click Energy are emailed. All payments are also made online via Direct Debit, BPay, or over the phone. Customers have access to online and telephone customer service support.
